Here is our section of clothing items that are a bit fancier than the rest of our stock - most have never been worn, and many are even brand-new with tags still on! These items carry a somewhat heavier price tag due to their excellent condition or high fashion brand name. There are some truly fabulous dresses, jackets, pants and more waiting for a good home.

Pay It Forward Program

When you donate quality items, you're not just clearing clutter - you're helping neighbors in need. Through our Pay It Forward program, your gently used items become:

There is no formal sign-up, personal information is not collected. Stop by to learn how your unused items create ripples of good!

A Message from the Owner

I opened Thrifty Treasures in 2012 at a time when many small businesses were closing. I managed to take my passion - bargain shopping - and turn it into an upscale secondhand store with carefully selected merchandise that is desperately needed in our community. Not everything is used; I also have new merchandise as well as antiques and collectors items that have been preserved in like-new condition.

Since opening, my business has grown into a new location with 10,000 square feet of space for the wide variety of merchandise that arrives daily! Something that has become very big in the thrift business is repurposed clothing, glass, and furniture. Turning something old into something new again. There is a use, or should I say re-use, for everything and we have many project pieces.

I am committed to making a difference everyday and I take great pride in helping families in a crisis situation, either from loss of job, fire, etc. Depending on your situation we have applications for discounted or donated rates.

There's nothing like the thrill of the Treasure Hunt! We welcome everyone, and as I always say HAPPY TREASURE HUNTING!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do all these treasures come from?

A: About 60% come from locals trading items for store credit (helping everyone refresh their spaces affordably!), 30% from Ruth's legendary sourcing adventures, and 10% from angels donating to our Pay It Forward program. Every item is cleaned and checked with care - we only offer what we'd want to bring home ourselves!

Can you deliver items to my house/workplace?

No, sorry. You will need to make your own hauling arrangements.

Do you take donations?

We have a Pay It Forward program! The generous donations from our neighbors allow us to keep providing necessary items for local individuals and families in need.

Do you do consignment?

We do not offer consignment services at this time, sorry.

Will you buy my stuff?

We are not accepting new inventory during the month of July, 2025.

Are you a Pawn Shop?

No, we are not. For most offerings, we provide in-store credit instead of cash payments.

I want to buy something, but don't have the money right now. Will you hold it for me to pick up later?

Yes! If the item is $50 or more, we can hold it for up to 2 weeks with a $20 deposit.

Do you sell online?

Yes! We sell on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and for the more hard-to-find items we have our own Square shop.
